Miley Cyrus was a patriotic firecracker on the 4th of July and she tweeted a photo of herself to her followers wearing a sexy holiday get up. She even outshone Uncle Sam--although he's never been very high on the sexy scale.
According to a report from Hollywood Life, Miley's outfit clearly said, Party in the USA on Wednesday, with her red, white and blue accessories and ample cleavage bearing top.
Bright red lipstick polished off Miley's ensemble as she posed against a backdrop of American flags.

Miley Cyrus was no doubt still celebrating the release of her new single Morning Sun. That's quite the double whammy for a holiday celebration, too--both fireworks and a new song released at the very same time.
It's uncertain exactly what Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth did on the 4th of July, but in that outfit, Miley certainly exuded a sense of celebration. Hopefully Liam--who is Australian-- wasn't overwhelmed with how America celebrates its birthday!
