Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson have lived one of Hollywood's greatest fairytale romances—or at least they have in the eyes of Directioners who believe that Larry Stylinson is a real thing.
Even though Louis is dating Eleanor Calder and Hazza has been linked to a long line of ladies, some fans are determined to believe that Louis and Harry are carrying on a secret gay relationship. However, Perez Hilton thinks that their bromance won't last for very long.
While everyone else is upsetting Beliebers by talking about Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez' rumored breakup, the blogger has targeted Directioners by saying that he thinks that One Direction will break up in the next couple of years. According to Digital Spy, here's what he said about the British boy band:
I think ultimately one of them will quit or get fired, they'll continue on as a foursome, and then not too long after—maybe a year or two—they'll break up.
Perez didn't reveal who he thinks will quit or get fired, but perhaps he had Harry Styles in mind. There's been lots of talk about how he's the most popular member of the band, and rumors of Hazza going solo already started earlier this year. Harry also denied rumors that he might be playing Mick Jagger in a movie, but perhaps now he's given some thought to following in the footsteps of 'N Sync singer Justin Timberlake by going solo and giving acting a go.
Boy bands don't have the best track record when it comes to staying together. Justin Timberlake's group lasted seven years and has never reunited, and Perez said this about another more recent boy band:
Look at the Jonas Brothers—a few years ago they were incredibly popular, but now? Not so much.
However, perhaps there's hope for Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, and Zayn Malik; the Backstreet Boys and New Kids on the Block have taken breaks, split up, and temporarily lost members, but they managed to stay close enough to each other that they got back together. And now the grown-up boy bands are touring together. Maybe someday One Direction and The Wanted will team up in a similar way after their popularity fades.
So what do you think, will Larry Stylinson be long forgotten five years from now when the members of One Direction have all gone different directions?
