Justin Bieber is without a doubt one of the hottest pop sensations, charming fans throughout the world with his boyish-turned-handsome good looks, his catchy tunes like "Boyfriend," and his penchant to keep in touch with followers via Twitter and more, not to mention his adorable relationship with girlfriend, Selena Gomez. But the "Baby" singer isn't immune to some less-than-cute drama—and he's had a handful of it of late, from girl problems to ticket trouble (and not of the concert kind!).
While Bieber and Gomez have been going strong for some time now, flaunting their love via piles of PDA, rumors of fights and possible break-ups have recently plagued the couple. While they're reportedly still very much an item, perhaps the stress of the situation really got to Bieber, as he was recently nabbed for some speedy and potentially aggressive driving behavior in his chrome-wrapped Fisker Karma, earning himself a citation and more gossip-y buzz. Embarrassing!
So, it is perhaps no surprise that Justin Bieber opted to slow down a bit on the set of his new music video in Los Angeles. As Daily Mail reports, he swapped his shiny Fisker and head-turning Batmobile (he's previously been stopped by the police in that car, too) for a slower and possibly safer set of wheels: a scooter. Not that his flashier rides are even appropriate for jetting around a set, but hopefully he didn't drive recklessly on that scooter!
The Biebs still had plenty of flash, though, in the form of metallic gold shoes that shone brightly from their scooter stage. He was also seen outfitted in a rather urban and edgy look that included a bandanna wrapped around his forehead and a pair of geek-chic glasses.
However, one thing, make that person, was missing on set: Selena Gomez! The starlet quite publicly stopped by Bieber's "Boyfriend" music video, where there was actually another Gomez around, too—a look-alike that starred alongside him. But, it seems girls were out of the picture, at least for the moment, during this particular video shoot.
