Britney Spears, Demi Lovato in Greensboro: 'X Factor' Auditions

X Factor judges Britney Spears, Demi Lovato, and L.A. Reid headed to Greensboro, North Carolina on July 8. The mentors took their places at the Greensboro Coliseum for another round of X Factor Season 2 auditions.

Britney Spears, fresh from her Hawaiian family vacation, wore a little black dress for the occasion. Just Jared spotted the Femme Fatale singer in her signature short-and-tight bandage dress look. Britney's cut-out, boat neck mini dress looked even more snug than usual for the pop singer. A simple hairstyle, strong eye make-up, and glittering Valentino heels completed her Greensboro auditions outfit.

Topshop enthusiast Demi Lovato showed the high street brand more love with yet another Topshop dress. A very tan Demi picked a fluorescent orange dress. The cute lace number had a scalloped edge skirt and short sleeves. Sadly, Demi's look had a strong, trying-too-hard vibe, what with the cropped leather jacket and interestingly coiffed hair. Black peep-toes and gold accessories topped off Demi's X Factor outfit.
