Of course, Kris has had a hard time proving his case to the public and since divorce proceedings have just begun, he has a long road ahead.
However, it seems like there has been a new development in the divorce case. Kris began a relationship with Myla Sinanaj and she recently announced that she was pregnant with a baby boy. His lawyers are now advising him to settle with Kim Kardashian, even if it means he doesn't get to clear his name, because his new relationship could work against him.
"He will ask for a paternity test when the baby is born. He had been claiming that their relationship was pretty casual, that she was a 'booty call' girl," a source has said about Kris Humphries and how he is handling the situation. In fact, his lawyer doesn't think that he has been completely honest about Myla, because he should have known that there was a possibility that she could have been pregnant.
