After Kate Middleton's sentimental display at Wimbledon yesterday, one can only wonder if she may have felt a little extra sensitive yesterday. Could Kate be pregnant and feeling a little more emotional than usual? Although she was certainly not the only one left in tears, it is rare a royal would show any kind of emotion, especially tears, in public. Catherine Middleton was not born a royal and is probably not quite used to all the royal mandates.
Were Kate's tears one of the tell-tale signs of early pregnancy? Women know emotions run out of control during pregnancy and Kate may be feeling those first stirrings of raging hormones. Or were Kate's tears close to the surface because her husband ditched her for the day?
While Kate and Pippa Middleton went to Wimbledon, William went to the beach. Prince Harry joined his big brother at a Cornwall beach along with some friends for a day of riding the waves. Apparently, William claimed to have an "existing commitment" and gave up his seat in the royal box. Pippa did not seem to mind keeping her big sister company.
Kate Middleton has long been a fan of tennis and was not about to sit at home while her husband played with his friends. Thankfully, she is an independent woman and invited her sister for a day out. Will and Kate are clearly like any other married couple with differing interests. Sometimes, a little time away from the spouse is very healthy!
