Usher received a supportive tweet from Justin Bieber after learning his stepson Kyle Glover was brain dead. Kyle was struck while riding on an inner tube by a man driving a jet ski. That man is a family friend named Jeffrey S. Hubbard.
According to a report from Hollywood Life, Justin Bieber has long looked up to his mentor and was heartbroken when he learned of the tragedy he was facing.
"My prayers go out to Tameka Raymond and their whole family. Keep them in your tho
ughts," he tweeted.
Justin continued, reminding his Twitter followers not to take life for granted.
"We are all blessed to have this time here together. To be able to share our lives together and live these stories. Don't take it for granted," he tweeted.
How sad that so many people don't live these words until it's too late. Usher is no doubt wishing for more time to spend with his stepson who he raised as one of his very own children.
"Be humble, be grateful, give back, share, pay it forward, chase your dreams, go for it, and take a moment to remember where it is ALL from," Justin Bieber added.
Hopefully Usher found some comfort in the words of the young man he has mentored for the past few years. The two are fast friends and if Justin didn't have to be in Japan right now he'd likely be close at hand to lend support to his mentor in person.
