Can you believe it has already been two years since Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne and Niall Horan auditioned for The X Factor? It's all happened so fast that it's a bit hard to believe. Louis recalled earlier today that it has been exactly two years since his life changed forever.
Louis Tomlinson tweeted today: "Two years ago today @SimonCowell @NicoleScherzy and Louis Walsh said yes at my audition. Seems like a lifetime away! Been a lot of fun!!"
Louis certainly has had a wonderful two years. Aside from the new friendships he's formed with Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Zayn Malik, he has had the opportunity to record a top-selling album, Up All Night, and take it on tour around the UK and North America.
As far as what's next for the boys, they've got their biggest performance ever coming up soon at the closing ceremonies of the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, which is doubly exciting since London is their home turf. One Direction is also busy already recording their second album and will be heading to Sweden soon to finish it up.
