Kate Middleton's stripping banker cousin, Katrina Darling, will show off her royal assets in next month's edition of Playboy magazine. What will be the reaction from Buckingham palace?
The irrepressible Darling, who dropped her career at Barclay's banking-house in London to focus full-time on exotic "burlesque" dancing, is a major embarrassment for the British royal family. But, who cares? She's more fun than the stuffy Windsors, and she's very shrewd to capitalize on her famous name.
Darling, who hails from the northeast of England, is the second cousin, once removed, of Pippa Middleton and sister Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge. Katrina's grandmother is the sister of Kate and Pippa's great-grandfather. In addition to burlesque dancing and banking, she's also a popular fetish model.
Predictably, the Middleton family has been mum about their scandalous relative. They must be mortified by her antics, but what can they do to so stop her? By all accounts, they've never even met.
Darling will be featured in an eight-page nude pictorial in the September issue of Playboy, set to hit newsstands in the middle of August. She recently created a great deal of buzz by stripping in several nightclubs around America.
