The Bachelorette star Emily Maynard eliminated Sean Lowe on Monday night's new episode. Although Sean made it to the final three, this insurance agent from Dallas thought he would be the last man standing.
In a new interview with PEOPLE, Sean reveals, "I was absolutely shocked. I didn't think in a million years that I was going home that night. I was standing at that rose ceremony thinking I was going to marry her."
Although his heart was broken when Emily sent him backing, he surely won't have too hard of a time finding someone new -- he's quite good-looking!
Plus, he is moving forward quickly and has gotten the closure he needed in order to find his true soul mate. "After a few weeks it hurt less, and I realized she was not the one for me, either. If she was, she wouldn't have had any doubts about our future." That's a great way to make light of a seemingly dark situation
