Roberto Martinez may be a fan favorite for the upcoming season of The Bachelor, but rumors are rumors! Not only is he allegedly doing the show, he's also reportedly demanding a pretty big paycheck for the gig. Chris Harrison is speaking out and setting the record straight.
When Radar Online asked Chris to confirm or deny Roberto's upcoming appearance on the show, Chris stated, "I will confirm it, he's not The Bachelor, we've not named anybody to be The Bachelor yet." The keyword in that sentence would definitely be "yet." Producers typically talk to people for several weeks if not months while negotiations are made so just because he hasn't been named The Bachelor doesn't mean he won't be soon.
In addition to that, Chris reveals, "We don't name anybody so early. I love the speculation and that people are talking about our show but we just don't need to make decisions yet."
Perhaps all of the buzz and rumors about Roberto Martinez will help his chances. If everyone is already excited about him, imagine how they'd feel if he gets the job!
