e license plates on a Rolls.
It seems Kim was reportedly followed by the paparazzi after leaving the gym and therefore may have driven a bit erratically in order to lose them. The cops didn't pursue the paps, but pulled Kim over for the missing license plates.
Kim Kardashian wasn't charged with anything and soon went along her merry way. Some are probably wondering what she offered the traffic cop to let her go—maybe tickets to Kanye West's next performance or a copy of that old sex tape?
