Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Reality Show? He Would Do It To Make Her Happy?

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have already submitted their seemingly fast-moving and jet-setting romance to television audiences via the hit E! series, Keeping up with the Kardashians. But, in light of her previous "reality"-heavy relationship with her ex, Kris Humphries, which obviously resulted in divorce, Kardashian has also come out saying that she's planning to be way more careful this time around and shield her love story with West from the glare of the spotlight and the small screen. Famous last words, it seems...

Not surprisingly, given Kimye's entertainment background, rumors have been swirling about the potential for the couple to do their own spin-off show, which would apparently focus on their respective fashion and music careers, as well as their travels around the world. Momager Kris Jenner is reportedly a fan of the idea, as well and not surprisingly.

But, shockingly, so, it seems, is Kanye West. According to an insider, he would be game to go the TV route with Kim Kardashian, if only to make his girl happy.

"Now I don't know if [they've] been in talks about doing one, but I know that [Kanye] would do it for sure," revealed a friend of the rapper, as Hollywood Life reports. "If not for himself, then especially for Kim. He knows how she loves [the] cameras and he'd do just about anything to make [her] happy."

That's sweet, but he may want to think twice before potentially compromising his relationship for reality—even if there are big numbers involved. "Why not let the cameras follow his wild life and get paid a few million in the process? [Kanye isn't going to turn any] money like that down," the source also said.

But, Kardashian and West both may want to set aside adding another rung to their fame and fortune ladder and take a lesson from history: The reality thing didn't work for her and the Humph, and there have been plenty of other relationships gone wrong after submitting to the primetime slots (ahem, Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey to just name one). Of course, Khloe Kardashian Odom and Lamar Odom have defied the odds with their Khloe and Lamar show, so it can be done!
