The stories surrounding Vicki Gunvalson's boyfriend Brooks Ayers just keep getting more and more dramatic. He is still going on about 20/20 calling him a deadbeat dad. Now, he has retained a lawyer to try and help him dissolve this reputation.
His lawyer made a statement saying, "Brooks is very close with his three children from his marriage, and he is very keen to have a relationship with his son, but Nicolette won't allow him access for the time being."
As of right now, Brooks has not actually filed a lawsuit against ABC television, but he seems to say he will if they don't retract their story.
Vicki Gunvalson has to see this guy is about as shady as they come. He makes Slade look genuine and good. It is sad that she is willing to sacrifice her best friend and even her daughter to be with this guy. Hopefully Vicki will wake up and wake up soon.
