Selena Gomez breaks out of her teens and turns 20 years old on Sunday. How do you suppose she and boyfriend Justin Bieber spend her big day?
According to a report from The Celebrity Cafe, Justin and Selena will spend at least part of her birthday at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards. Selena is nominated for three awards and Justin is nominated for several. 
Aside from that, it actually sounds like Selena and Justin's plans for her birthday will be rather quiet and family-oriented. But that's the kind of people they are. Family always comes first for Justin and Selena.
"I'm going to dinner with my family; some of my grandparents are coming in from Texas, so it'll just be nice family time," Selena Gomez says of her prospective birthday plans.

But this year Justin will obviously be sad because the news is still fresh - Kile Glover is taken off life support only a few hours ago - this is Usher's step-son - Justin is extremely close with Usher (his mentor) and would not want to be seen partying in public!
