Top fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld is a big fan of Kate Middleton and he's not afraid of proclaiming his love for her any chance he gets. Rather than praising her for her charity works, brain and connection with the masses, he concentrates on her body and fashion sense. He is a fashion designer after all.
At his party to celebrate his Olympic-themed collections inside Selfridges Tuesday, he praised the duchess for her "divine silhouette" and ability to not dress like a mad woman during interviews with Grazia and Elle. "She knows pretty well what to wear and what to do. She has a divine silhouette so she can wear anything. She has a sense of what's right for the moment because you cannot dress like a mad woman in those situations," he said.
This is not the first time the outspoken fashion designer has commented on the Duchess of Cambridge's body. Back in June, he said that she has a butt that's just as lovely as her sister's, Pippa Middleton, while covering the Diamond Jubilee barge pageant for France 2 television.
With his love of Kate Middleton, he will surely be over the moon if she ever decides to break from her habit of wearing mid-market and British labels in favor of Chanel. As she and Prince William will be making a lot of appearances in the coming days and months for the London Olympics and Diamond Jubilee overseas tour, he may soon get his wish come true.
