Despite word from Chris Brown's rep that he and Rihanna never hooked up in France, the media tells a different tale--and this one is sealed with a kiss! The two were photographed kissing on a yacht belonging to a Malaysian millionaire.
According to a report from Hollywood Life, the two were reportedly kissing in plain sight of other guests on the yacht. Their PDA was completely unabashed, too.
"It was a very private party on a yacht, so they were not worried," a source says.
