Paul "DJ Pauly D" Delvecchio is getting paid -- big time. Just a few years ago, he hit it big when he was cast on the super successful reality show, Jersey Shore. Now, the amount of money he is making is sure to silence any critic.
He had been a DJ for several years prior but once his face was recognizable, business really took off for Pauly. In fact, he made an impressive $11 million in the past 12 months which landed him on Forbes' list of the highest-paid DJs.
According to TMZ, Pauly ranked 7th on the list. "He's just $500k behind his adversary DeadMau5. The top guy on the list, Tiësto, made a whopping $22 million." While most of the DJs in the list are just DJs, Pauly has expanded on his empire.
Pauly has his own clothing line, liquor line, tanning lotion line, headphone set, and spin-off, The Pauly D Project -- and that's not all. Pauly was recently signed to 50 cent's label, so there's plenty of more money on the way for Pauly.
