Has Chris Brown finally been forgiven by Jay-Z?
Jigga certainly hasn't been Breezy's biggest fan since Brown beat up Rihanna in 2009, but perhaps he's decided that it's time to take a page from Chris' fans by moving past the awful incident.
Apparently Jay wanted to know if there's any truth to the rumors of Ri-Ri and Breezy reuniting so 
badly that he sent his Roc Nation business partner Jay Brown down to Barbados to check up on the "S&M" singer. However, instead of warning Ri-Ri to stay away from Chris, Jigga gave the couple his blessing. According to The Sun, here's what a source said about his decision:
Jay-Z sees Rihanna like a daughter and has sent his right-hand man Jay to Barbados to see what's going on with her and Chris. She admitted they're pretty much back, on and Jay told her they're all behind her and want her to be happy. Chris is even flying out to the island to see her soon. She knows that a load of her fans aren't going to be happy about them hanging out, though—people still haven't forgiven him.
Of course there might be no truth at all to this report; you can't believe everything you read in The Sun, that's for sure.
It would be surprising for Jay to forgive Chris Brown, especially since Breezy has been involved in a bit of a beef with Drake. Drizzy is signed to Jigga's Roc Nation record label, so it's hard to believe that Jay-Z would offer Brown any form of support. And surely Beyoncé wouldn't let her hubby encourage such a relationship, as well as being the man who beat Ri-Ri up, Chris is currently dating Karrueche Tran.
However, perhaps Jay really is reacting to this situation like a parent. Sometimes when a mom or dad advises a teen not to do something, it makes them want to do it even more. Ri-Ri might not be a teen girl anymore, but she definitely seems like the type of woman who can't stand for people to tell her what to do. Or maybe Jigga just wants her to know he doesn't care about what's going on with Chris because he doesn't want her to worry about the situation affecting their friendship.
Whatever the case may be, it will definitely be interesting to see if Chris actually does fly out to Barbados to visit Rihanna.
