It's official. Robert Pattinson will give his first interview since the Kristen Stewart cheating scandal on ABC's Good Morning America on August 15. What will he say?
It had to happen sooner or later, and now it has. On Wednesday, August 15, Twihards world-wide will be glued to their T.V. sets to watch Pattinson dish on his failed romance with Kristen Stewart. Actually, Robsten's über famous romance didn't really fail, it was murdered by the publication of paparazzi photos of La Stewart in flagrante delictu with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders. Whatever. The Good Morning America interview will be Pattinson's first since the fabled couple separated. GMA gloatingly--er--proudly announced that it had garnered the coveted Pattinson first post break-up interview on its Monday, August 6 program. Eat your heart out, Today Show.
Of course, the questions now are twofold. First, is Rob in any shape psychologically to give an interview? After all, this is a guy who, reportedly, has been so torn up by KStew's "betrayal" that he was making "threatening phone calls" to her new roommate, producer Giovanni Agnelli. Yikes. The second question is: Will Rob's sudden decision to bare his soul on live national television anger--er--inspire his former lady-love to tell her side of the story in the same very public way? Will KStew be the next big interview? Possibly. Get ready Today Show, La Stewart may be your big chance.
Oh well, ready or not, Robert Pattinson has made a commitment. Circle August 15 on your calendars. In the meantime, you can watch the GMA teaser below. Rob appears at about the 0:20 mark.
And stay tuned.
