Macaulay Culkin showed himself since reports surfaced that he's addicted to heroin and other dangerous drugs. The 31-year-old former child star was seen stepping out of his usually reclusive lifestyle when he attended the wedding of Natalie Portman and longtime fiancé Benjamin Millepied, Saturday night.
Portman is good friends with Culkin. They have the same background as young talent in the Hollywood industry. Despite the bad press, Culkin made an appearance at her private wedding that included 100 guests.
Culkin has been in the headlines since unidentified sources have claimed to the National Enquirer that the star could die within six months if he doesn't get into rehab. Insiders allege he gets high with lowlifes or shoots up heroin while alone in his New York apartment-turned-drug-den. Other drugs Macaulay Culkin is said to depend on are oxycodone, Vicodin, and Percocet. He supposedly spend $6,000 or more a month on his drug dependency. Immediately after the report, the actor's publicist vehemently denied the rumors, calling the report "without merit" and asked for readers to "consider the reputation" of the source printing it.
The National Enquirer is standing by its report that Culkin is a drug addict. In fact, they want him to take a drug test to prove them wrong. So far, nothing more has developed concerning that.
