According to Media Take Out, Beyoncé's and Jay Z's baby daughter Blue Ivy Carter's nose seems to have undergone a drastic change in shape. Furthermore, the change seems to have occurred rather quickly--in just a couple of months. How did this happen? While MTO has refrained from speculating about what caused the change in the infant's appearance, the website is calling the babe's transformation "a shocking new scandal."
What does all this mean?
While the "shocking new scandal" headline's true meaning is known only to the folks at MTO, hopefully, its implication seems pretty clear. And if it's true, it's pretty shocking. The implication is that little Blue Ivy's nose has been somehow surgically altered. Yikes. Cosmetic surgery is a good thing, but infancy is a tad young to start altering one's facial features, mainly because they're not yet fully formed. Duh. Nevertheless, as MTO points out, a close examination of La Carter's photos show that her nose has gone "from a STRAIGHT nose (like Beyoncé) . . . to a wide FLAT nose (like Jay Z) in just a few months." And while, as MTO muses, there must be a logical explanation for Blue Ivy's transformation, no one seems able to think of one.
On the other hand, if Blue Ivy's parental units decided to surgically alter her face, why on earth would they change her nose to look less like her mother and more like her father? Wouldn't it be the reverse? Beyoncé is considered one of the most beautiful people in the world. Jay Z, not so much. Seriously, with all due respect, he is not a handsome guy. Why would anyone subject a baby to the pain and risk of cosmetic surgery in order to make her less attractive?
Of course, there is one possible explanation. Remember back in the day when MTO--er--rumor had it that for security reasons, Beyoncé carried a doll around in public instead of a real baby? Perhaps there are two Blue Ivy dolls--one with a straight nose and one with a flattened one. Or perhaps the straight-nosed baby is a doll, and the flat-nose one is real. Or vice versa. This is getting too complicated.
