Robert Pattinson isn't quite as easy to reach these days--especially since he changed his cell phone number. Did he do this to prevent Kristen Stewart from contacting him?
According to a report from Hollywood Life, that's apparently the reason--and it certainly doesn't offer much hope for a reconciliation between the two--does it? Rob is devastated over Kristen cheating on him with her director Rupert Sanders and she wants nothing more than his forgiveness and another chance.
"She's desperate to win Robert back, but he's told mutual friends it's over and has changed his mobile phone number to let her know that it's over between them," a source says. "She can't sleep and has completely lost her appetite. She says she can't think about anything rationally."
Is it rational for Robert Pattinson to change his number so soon after their split, however? Wouldn't it make more sense to simply use a different phone and turn the old one off for a few weeks?
It would seem Rob and Kristen desperately need to talk face to face, and perhaps even in the presence of a mediator, before he reaches the decision that there's absolutely no hope.
