Farrah Abraham is a lot of things: a mommy, a businesswoman, an aspiring model, and a chef (just to name a few). However, one thing that the Teen Mom should not aspire to be is a singer.
Along with her soon-to-be-released book, My Teenage Dream Ended, Farrah released a sort of soundtrack with it. The first single, "Finally Getting Up from Rock Bottom," was recently released and received some pretty harsh reviews. Many people who listened to the song pointed out that it is hard to even hear what the Teen Mom is saying.
However, Farrah doesn't seem to mind too much, saying, "All the hate 'don't listen to my songs if it's not your type of music' it was ment for others who relate thanks for checking it out though :) [sic]"
While it is great that Farrah is trying to use her experience to reach out to other people, there are certainly other ways that she could do that. Through Teen Mom, she has helped to show the hardships that being a single teen parent can be. Her situation is unique in the fact that the father of her baby passed away, something the show has helped her show to other young girls.
Her book is set to release later this month, and there is no doubt that her fans will pick it up for a read. Rather than focus on singing, Farrah Abraham should focus her energy into writing as a way to get her feelings out there to people who can relate.
