Angelina Jolie vs. Kim Kardashian -- The New Celebrity Catfight

Just when Angelina Jolie's decade-long feud with Jennifer Aniston is about to end, a new enemy has loomed up on the horizon to darken the Oscar-winning Salt star's bright life. That woman is none other than famous reality TV pseudo-star Kim Kardashian. Rumor has it the egotistical Kim K. dissed La Jolie by insisting that she was the more famous celebrity. Kim Kardashian more famous than Brad Pitt's Oscar-winning fiancée? As if.

Kim Kardashian reportedly recently boasted to "friends" that she's more famous than La Jolie. Needless to say, when Angie heard about this diss, she was not amused. "One of Angie's team members pointed the story out to her, thinking she'd get a good laugh out of it, but she actually got annoyed," reveals an insider. "Angie works super hard to make an impact on the world with her charity work and everything else she does. The last thing she wants is to be compared to someone as shallow as Kim, who just shops and makes public appearances. She thinks Kim saying these things actually drags down her reputation." Apparently, Angie is afraid Kim K. will start using her name to garner even more attention for herself--and she isn't going to put up with it. "It's ridiculous that Kim would think she's more famous than Angie," adds the insider. "Angie says they're not even in the same league." And Angie's right. Comparing Angelina Jolie to Kim Kardashian is like trying to equate Olympic gold medal winners with the Jackass stars. It's ludicrous.

So far, La Jolie has made no public comment about the diss. But since La Kardashian started it, looks like the ball's still in her court. Stay tuned.
