Maci Bookout Shows Off Engagement Ring?

Maci Bookout and Kyle King have only been back together for a short time, but that hasn't stopped engagement rumors from surfacing. In fact, many tabloids have been reporting that King is ready to pop the question, but has been holding off due to financial concerns. The Teen Mom couple are currently in Miami, celebrating Maci's 21st birthday (a little late) and a new photo shows some sparkly bling on Maci's left hand, leading many to wonder if she is sporting an engagement ring.

The photo was tweeted by Maci and shows her drinking three beers out of a large glass, her hands both visible. On her left hand, ring finger, she is sporting a ring that wasn't there before! She is also wearing a lot of other jewelry so there is no proof that the ring in question means Maci is engaged, but how sweet of a birthday present would that be?

Although Maci and Kyle King broke up earlier this year, the two found themselves back to each other, thanks to Bentley. Through various activities including mini-golf, he helped the two get re-acquainted with one another. Of course, now that they are a couple again, fans are anxiously waiting for them to get married.

The two are still young and don't need to rush into anything. However, they do make a great couple and it wouldn't be surprising if they were to tie the knot soon. What do you think? Is Maci Bookout wearing an engagement ring, or is it just a normal ring?
