Will Kristen Stewart show up to help promote her latest film On the Road? She is scheduled to appear in early September at the Toronto International Film Festival, one of the largest film events in North America.
According to a report from USA Today, some wonder if the Twilight star, who cheated on her boyfriend of four years, Robert Pattinson, will appear contrite if in fact she actually shows up.
On the Road is an adaptation of Jack Kerouac's Beat-era novel and features Stewart in various stages of undress. A role unlike any other she's played, it stands to significantly boost her career and show producers she is way more than just Bella Swan or Snow White.
In addition to On the Road, other films debuting at the festival include Emperor, Arthur Newman, Bad 25, Passion and The Paperboy (which stars Nicole Kidman and Zac Efron).
So what do you think? Will Kristen Stewart show up in Toronto and do right by her new film, its cast and crew? Or will she continue hiding away, ashamed and embarrassed about cheating on Rob with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders?
