Kristen Stewart is dropping scheduled appearances left and right. It is hard to say where she will actually show up next in the wake of the Rupert Sanders cheating scandal. She is still hiding out, waiting for the storm to subside and most likely planning her next move. She had a busy schedule, but considering her recent split from Robert Pattinson, things will certainly need to be rearranged.
She was supposed to begin work on a new film this month, but dropped out at the last-minute. Rumors of canceled appearances for her On The Road premiere are also running rampant. There is one commitment she cannot get out of and that is the Breaking Dawn: Part 2 promotional tour. As part of the press tour for the film, Rob and Kristen were reportedly slated to present an award at MTV's Video Music Awards show. Talk about awkward!
Thankfully, that little run-in will not be happening. Rob and Kristen will not have to see each other face to face with the world watching to see how they interact. That will be saved for the Twilight tour. Gossip Cop confirms Kristen will be in Toronto at the Toronto International Film Festival, promoting On The Road the day of the awards show.
In fact, the awkward encounter was never confirmed in the first place. It was assumed the couple would want to give fans a little Bella and Edward reminder a couple of months ahead of the film's release, but sources at MTV say their appearance was not cemented in stone. Rob is still on the "maybe" list of attendees, but Kristen Stewart is definitely out.
