Playboy playmate and "Love in the Wild" host Jenny McCarthy had seemed to be happily in love over the past few months, but now she has confirmed she is single again. In April, McCarthy admitted that she was dating Chicgao Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher, and recent buzz was that she was moving to his hometown of Chicago. In a somewhat stunning change of direction, McCarthy now says the two have split.
People shared the news about the split. Jenny gave them a statement that read, "Brian and I have decided to turn our romance into an amazing friendship." She adds, "I will continue to be the biggest cheerleader for him. Go, Bears!" While she hadn't typically said much about the relationship in the past, they had been photographed together here and there and by all accounts things had been going well between them.
Neither has mentioned anything about the split via their Twitter accounts, but Urlacher is a fairly sparse tweeter. Are you surprised to hear that Jenny McCarthy and Brian Urlacher have gone their separate ways?
