The Kennedy family fears Taylor Swift and Conor Kennedy are planning to elope. Do you think Swift is that irresponsible? Would she really run away and marry an 18-year-old boy?
According to a report from Hollywood Life, a source close to the Kennedys in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts thinks this is a strong possibility.
"No one in Hyannis Port would be surprised if they eloped," the source says.
But Taylor has this fabulous career. Would she really want to jeopardize any of that to get married? She's 22 and Conor Kennedy is only 18.
"She always falls very hard and becomes very intense very quickly, and this time is no exception. In fact she seems to have fallen even harder," a friend of Taylor's says.
Taylor Swift only recently returned to Nashville to promote her most recent single We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, and she missed Conor Kennedy so much, she sent a private plane to pick him up from Massachusetts and deliver him to Nashville.
"He's been with her ever since, and his family doesn't know when he will be back," the source says.
Doesn't Conor Kennedy have college to think about? The 18-year-old just recently lost his mom, Mary Kennedy, to suicide and desperately needs some stability in his life. One would think he'd be off to an Ivy League college and immersing himself in his studies.
What do you think of all this? Might Taylor and Conor consider eloping? How would each of them fare as a married couple? And what would Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.--Conor's dad--have to say?
