Khloe Kardashian received Simon Cowell's vote of approval to make her the new host of season two of The X Factor. And while this doesn't mean it's a done deal, it's almost that. FOX needs only to "sign off on Simon's choice," and Khloe joins the X Factor team.
According to a report from Hollywood Life, FOX is still mum on the subject.
"No comment," is their only officially statement to the media so far.

Kris Jenner and the rest of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians gang are no doubt thrilled for Khloe, however, as hopefully hubby Lamar Odom will be, too.
A source close to both FOX and Simon Cowell, however, sounds far more optimistic as well as definitive about the soon-to-be-made decision.
"Simon wants it, Khloe wants it and FOX will make it happen and they should be finalizing the guy choice in the next 7 days, if not tomorrow!" the source says.
