Lindsay Lohan Victim of a Set Up

Lindsay Lohan is in trouble, again. After taking to Twitter to whine about Amanda Bynes getting away with her recent spate of traffic violations, Lindsay has found herself facing similar charges. Linds is certainly no stranger to fender benders. Who gave Lindsay a license? Seriously, this woman is an accident waiting to happen, and she doesn't wait that long in between said accidents.

Last night, she hit a pedestrian, which she was arrested for. Of course, there is an excuse. Isn't there always? Once again, LiLo is innocent. She is the unluckiest girl in the world. She manages to always be in the wrong place at the wrong time. In typical Lindsay fashion, she offers up her version of what really happened.

According to TMZ, the actress is convinced there is "something fishy" going on with the whole situation. In fact, she reportedly told friends she was being "set up" and she is not going to stand for it. She tends to get set up a lot. The troubled actress is ready to fight for her right to get in another accident and vows to fight this most-recent charge until the very end.
