Veena Malik ticked off half of the Muslim world when she appeared topless in FHM, so why not offend the rest by celebrating lesbianism?
The Bollywood actress and singer is releasing a gay-themed album, and also appears in a racy lesbianic video, in which she makes out with another gal.
"This song was an excuse to put every lesbian cliché and stereotype we could think of into one song. The album specially dedicated to my lesbian and homosexual fans as I personally support them," said Veena.
The 28-year-old Pakistani star is a master at self-promotion, and will definitely receive a great deal of attention for this latest project. She's claiming the album is meant to highlight the issue of gay rights, but that's not her only motive. Malik is a vocal advocate for gay rights, but she also loves being in the limelight, and knows that a lesbian video will get everyone talking about her.
Either way, Veena is displaying a great deal of courage by making such a highly erotic album. After the topless FHM shoot, thousands of her countrymen protested, and Malik's family even disowned her. Hopefully, there won't be a similar reaction this time.
