Nicki Minaj is becoming a brand.
After two very successful solo albums which both went platinum, Nicki Minaj is expanding her brand name. She recently signed a deal with Adidas and already has partnerships with Pepsi, MAC lipstick, OPI Nail Polish and just signed on as a judge for American Idol.
Now you can add a perfume line to that list. Minaj recently launched her very own perfume line, entitled after her album called "Pink Friday." Minaj was at Macy's in New York, where the perfume will be sold, to sign her perfume and meet fans. She spoke on how the perfume came about: "I was floored that they actually nailed it. I couldn't stop looking at the sketches, when I saw the actual picture and it began coming to life, I was like, 'Wow.' My fans are going to spaz out when they see this."
The perfume is shaped like Minaj, with her infamous pink wig and also has a chain which reads her name. It's supposedly a mix of juicy fruits, vanilla and sensual musks. Minaj apparently had a hand in the entire process. The perfume is now on sale in stores everywhere.
