Robert Pattinson is known for having an eccentric sense of humor which often manifests itself in interviews. In other words, the Twilight heart-throb loves to mess with the media's minds. In a brand new Breaking Dawn Part Two promotional interview, Kristen Stewart's forgiving beau revealed five interesting, amusing, and even shocking facts about himself. Believe it or not, he even offered up a bit of information about KStew.
Speaking of La Stewart, she's as good a place as any to begin. In the same interview, Kristen described Rob as "ridiculously ambitious." When asked if that was true, Pattinson's reply was typically complicated.
"I think I want to be...," he mused. "The difference between me and Kristen is that she can do a day of work and at the end of the day be like, 'I did the absolute best I could. Satisfied.' Whereas I don't think I've ever had that day in my life. I always go home irritated and want to fix it the next day. I don't know who has the bigger ego in that case. Whether hers is bigger because she thinks what she did is fine, or whether mine's bigger because I think I'm so great it's never going to be good enough."
Hmmm. Maybe Rob is just a malcontent disguised as the ultimate perfectionist. Whatever.
Moving right along to less complex questions, when asked how he'd been changed by the Twilight experience, Rob replied that it has made him more insecure. At first he was on top of the world, but as time went by, he became increasingly "terrified about everything." Now, he claims he's just a big "stay at home."
On a lighter note, RPattz admitted he kept some "mementos" from the films--especially the first Twilight movie when he literally stole and kept his Edward Cullen wardrobe.
"The first one, I kept pretty much the whole wardrobe because I didn't have any clothes then," Rob admitted. "There was an interview I did - with MTV or something - with a superfan. I was supposed to go in and surprise her, and after 10 seconds, she was like, 'Are you wearing the same outfit as Edward?' I'd completely forgotten, but they were the same clothes!"
Ouch. How embarrassing.
In response to the intriguing question about the advice he would now give his younger, pre-Twilight Saga self, he unhesitatingly replied:
"I'd say 'Don't squat down so low.'"
That's not a misprint. Apparently on the first day of shooting, a scene required Rob to run to Kristen and sweep her up in his arms. Unfortunately, he squatted so low, he "almost tore [his] arse-cheek muscle, [his] glute."
The last and most bizarre RPattz revelation involves the rumors of an already planned Twilight remake. Rob has a definite vision of how the Saga should be rebooted,
"They should do it as a straight-up porn film," he laughed. "That would be so good..."
So, there you have it. Four revelations about Robert Pattinson and one about Kristen Stewart straight from the Cosmopolis man's mouth. Aren't you glad you asked?
