Demi Moore remains mum on whether or not her marriage to Two and a Half Men star Ashton Kutcher was ever legal. Mila Kunis let the cat out of the bag recently, saying the Kabbalah service wasn't legal and therefore Ashton doesn't need a divorce from Demi.
According to a report from RadarOnline, the current buzz circles around Demi not filing for divorce--especially since it's been a year since her split with Ashton and the very public romance he's involved in with Mila Kunis. It all points to what Mila said about their marriage not ever being a legal one.
Demi released a statement back in November 2011 announcing the end of her marriage to Ashton, but never filed divorce papers.
"As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life," her statement read, following Ashton's sexual dalliances with a very young Sara Leal.
A rep for Demi Moore hasn't replied to questions about the validity of her marriage to Ashton Kutcher. Do you think Mila Kunis hit the nail on its proverbial head when she said their Kabbalah marriage was nothing more than a symbolic ceremony, and holds no weight whatsoever in a court of law?
Of course this means Ashton is free to marry Mila whenever the urge strikes to propose. How do you think Demi will handle that kind of news?
