Family members of the late Whitney Houston are very concerned about how vulnerable Whitney's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown is--especially regarding her substantial wealth. As a result of this they want her trust fund restructured so she won't become a victim.
According to a report from Celebuzz, Whitney's mom Cissy Houston is one of two trustees of Whitney's estate. It's feared that Bobbi Kristina is in a position where she could easily be taken advantage of.
Cissy and Whitney's sister-in-law--the second trustee--have filed a petition to change the structure of those trust payments to Bobbi Kristina, calling her "a highly visible target for those who would exert undue influence over her inheritance and/or seek to benefit from respondent's resources and celebrity."
Cissy Houston made it quite clear that her granddaughter will still be able to live very comfortably even after the amendments are accepted.
So far Bobbi Kristina Brown hasn't commented on these new restrictions on her access to her mom's fortune. It's uncertain if she even knows about it yet.
Do you think Cissy Houston and Whitney Houston's sister-in-law have made the right move to make sure no one takes advantage of Bobbi Kristina in an effort to gain access to her money? Bobbi Kristina does appear vulnerable. Do you think she could be victimized rather easily if her grandmother and aunt didn't make such a bold move?
