Is Kate Middleton pregnant? Not yet; but her security guard is. Kate's longtime security officer, Emma Probert, has went and got pregnant before Kate, but she isn't bitter. The Duchess of Cambridge has only recently returned from her trip abroad and has not exactly had the time to try and plan for a baby. Things will settle down for William and Kate and hopefully, they will be making their own announcement in the near future.
Insiders report, "Catherine was so happy for Emma." She isn't jealous, although she did joke, "She [Emma] had 'beaten her to it!'" Kate is obviously thrilled for her friend, but will also be a little sad. "I think Catherine was upset that she will be losing one of her closest friends just when she is needing her the most." Emma is not just the lady who watches Kate's back. A source reveals, "Emma's become a really close confidante to Catherine and she gets on really well with her partner Colin [Childs], too."
Kate Middleton is dealing with a lot right now. Losing a friend and trusted security officer will be tough, but she seems to be a pretty strong woman. It won't be long now before Kate gets to experience the same baby joy as her pal.
