It is no secret that Joe Giudice is in pretty big legal trouble. Of course, he acts like nothing is happening and like he did absolutely nothing wrong. Jay McCann, the Passaic County Chief Assistant Prosecutor, tells everyone otherwise.
"The allegations against Giudice are serious," says Jay McCann.
Miles Feinstein, Joe's lawyer, is trying to say that the prosecutor is going after him hard because of his celebrity status. This is hardly likely. Just look at how many times Lindsay Lohan got off and for similar charges and she is a much bigger celebrity.
Joe is being gone after hard because what he did was seriously wrong. Going easy on him would surely not teach him a lesson.
Joe Giudice thinks he can do not wrong, so it is only fair that the courts show him that when you do the crime, you do the time. Maybe him doing prison time would give Teresa some time to wise up and leave him.
