Prince Albert and Princess Charlene of Monaco had an eventful Wednesday in Florence, Italy. On October 10, the royal couple started their itinerary with an official visit to Palazzo Vecchio. Later that day, the Monégasque royals got all dressed up for the Ballo del Giglio at the Palazzo Pitti.
For her daytime Palazzo Vecchio look, the Princess stuck with a neutral palette. Her Serene Highness picked nude and champagne shades with a subtle sparkle. She looked chic in her smart, collarless coat, pale gold sheath, and nude pumps. The volume in her slicked back, cropped hair was a welcome sight.
At the Ballo del Giglio, Princess Charlene slipped into a black gown. And just like that, the former Olympic swimmer was back in the fashion game. With no bright color, unusual silhouette, opulent embellishments, or dazzling jewelry, the Princess still looked fantastic in her halter dress. Delicate ruffles and pleats adorned the dress' neckline and length. A decorative, black belt cinched the royal's waist. Flawless hair and make-up completed the Princess' simple, yet standout attire.
