Niall Horan said recently he values his down time and prefers staying in to going out. You couldn't prove that statement last Thursday in Dublin, however, when he led his One Direction band mates--Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Zayn Malik--astray in Dublin.
According to a report from Entertainmentwise, the boy band was in Dublin promoting their upcoming album Take Me Home--and since Dublin is Niall's home turf so it didn't take long for him to herd the guys into The Grafton Lounge--a favorite spot of locals.
"They arrived into the club with no big announcement that they were coming and had a few beers," a source says. "All of them were in great form in the Grafton Lounge and dancing with punters - people couldn't believe they were in there."
The group moved on after a while to a Dublin spot called Lillie's Bordello. And don't worry--it wasn't a brothel--merely another bar. While there Niall and Zayn showed off some of their talents.
"They seemed to be having a great night and Niall and Zayn loved mixing some tunes," the source says.
Niall Horan was very clearly happy to be home in Dublin--especially with his One Direction buddies. Showing them around his hometown was a lot of fun for them all.
That fun became obvious the next day when the Live While We're Young singers arrived at a TV station the next morning to film a spot for a late night talk show. They didn't look especially lively and vivacious--no doubt from having a few too many brews the night before.
