Rihanna is a little disappointed with all the naysayers who think she shouldn't get back together again with Chris Brown. She wants to assure everyone that Breezy is a changed man.
According to a report from Hollywood Life, the Where Have You Been and Diamonds singer understands that fans only want what's best for her, and she believes that with time they, too, will see that Chris isn't the man he used to be.
"I don't know if people will stop soon, but I feel like as soon as they have closure to it, they will." she says. "But they're not on the inside. They can't see what I see, unless they're sitting in my point of view. I guess I'll learn to accept that."
She feels like her fans need closure--something she's had the advantage of--but because it was behind closed doors it's not anything they've been privy to.
"To the world, I feel like there's no closure," she says. "There's some obsession that's continued even throughout when we weren't friends or couldn't be friends at all. Hated each other. The world hasn't let go. They haven't seen any progress in our friendship, because they don't see anything, really, besides the song."
Chris Brown dumped Karrueche Tran a couple of weeks back, so now the only thing that's standing in his and RiRi's way is a public début as a couple. That will supposedly take place once recording wraps up on her upcoming album Unapologetic.
Do you think once Chris Brown and Rihanna are a couple in the public eye once again that fans will be more forgiving of Chris and more understanding of Ri and her need to get back together with him?
