Bethenny Frankel turned weather woman on Monday morning as the 'Frankenstorm,' Hurricane Sandy was bearing down on the East Coast of the United States. Clearly, the Real Housewives of New York star is taking the hurricane seriously.
Bethenny tweeted, "It's gnarly on the east coast. It feels worse than Irene did. Battery park is already in water & the bay in sag harbor looks like ocean."
One thing is for sure, Bethenny Frankel's observations have been echoed by several people. Some people may look at last year's hurricane Irene as not a huge storm (at least in New York City as Irene tracked away from Manhattan) so they think Sandy will be similar.
Now, with this storm still 250 miles from New York, the storm surge levels are higher than Irene was. Still, Bethenny was busy with her "storm edition" of her Twitter feed, posting photos of the Frankenstorm churning up the Atlantic ocean. It makes you wonder, why isn't Frankel going inside and hunkering down with a bottle of her Skinny Girl cocktail mix instead of auditioning as weather girl?
