Hurricane Sandy was a force to be reckoned with on the upper East Coast and parts of the Midwest. Melissa Gorga's home was not spared. A tree fell on the Gorga home, but the amount of damage done was not specified. Melissa had to hang at a neighbor's house, so it can be imagined that some damage was done. Thankfully, no one was hurt when the tree fell.
"I've been at my neighbors all day!!! Lots of wine. just got a service! Maybe for a minute! Tree fell on my house!!!" Tweeted Melissa.
The family still plans to move to get away from Hurricane Teresa. Joe Gorga can likely get the repairs done so that a buyer has an unharmed home.
Melissa Gorga was lucky that it was just a tree. Many parts of the East Coast and Midwest faced significant devastation in the wrath of Sandy and have no home to go back to.
