Marisa Zanuck is the latest addition to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and although fans have yet to make her on-screen debut on the third season, she's making her presence known in the press and she's not holding back. In a new interview, the mommy of two dishes on her new co-stars.
"Lisa is very nice... on camera," Marisa tells NY Daily News. "Let's just leave it at that." As for Taylor, she adds, "She's one of those women who needs approval from other women because she's insecure." Taylor was allegedly abused by her late husband, Russell Armstrong, and unfortunately, all of that left her with low self esteem. Not only was he physically abusive, he was also emotionally abusive, so it makes sense that her confidence could be in need of a boost.
"Camille [Grammer] and Adrienne [Maloof] probably have the most [money], and they are really cool and down to earth," Marisa continues. "Taylor is insecure about that, for sure." Currently, Taylor is struggling to support herself and her daughter and maintain the lifestyle they were once accustomed to. However, it has to be difficult to see such stable women around her. That could add to her self confidence issues as well.
When it comes to Brandi, Marisa seems to be a fan -- at least so far. "I think she says things of course without thinking about them and gets in trouble, but she's such a nice girl," Marisa explained. As viewers have seen, Brandi doesn't hold back and sometimes her joking ways are taken out of context.
Judging by this interview, it seems safe to say that Marisa isn't afraid of these girls and will surely shake things up when she hits the scene this season.
