Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson of One Direction are slightly grown-up now and with their second album "Take Me Home" the boys show that older side of themselves.
In a new interview the boys dish on how they have grown and matured since leaving the X-Factor and creating their first album.
"The main thing we tried to do was keep it more of the same because we know that is safe and the fans like that, but also to try and develop it," Zayn explained.
Liam added in that the boys don't want to lose their fan base.
"We didn't want to lose our fan base because we know they enjoy our music so we stuck with our sound but we've made it a little bit more meaningful, a little bit more live-sounding and a bit more of a rocky edge to it, he explained.
What about their 2013 tour? Well, Zayn says it will be pretty much the same as the last tour but "on steroids." It's not clear if he means there will be a lot more dates than last time or if the shows themselves will be faster and more upbeat.
Either way, Harry Styles and the boys won't have any trouble filling seats in the arenas in 2013 as most of the shows are completely sold out already.
Will you be going to see One Direction in 2013? What do you think Zayn means when he said it will be "on steroids"?
