Before her money woes and family feud with Melissa Gorga, Teresa Giudice was just a happy-go-lucky Housewife, albeit one with an explosive temper when the wrong button is pushed. The first time The Real Housewives of New Jersey viewers really saw her temper was when Danielle Staub pissed her off at a group dinner, causing her to scream and flip the table in a blind rage. If a new report is true, viewers may very well see the cookbook author flip another table when the next season airs.
Reportedly, the former Housewife is returning to the show. She's already been offered a contract by producers; she only needs to decide whether she wants to return full or part-time. Apparently, producers felt that the constant fighting between Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga was getting a bit old and want something different for the next season.
"The producers squeezed all the juice they could from the Giudices-versus-Gorgas story line and had to think of a fresh outlet for drama. Having her back on will ruffle a lot of feathers!" a source said.
It's dubious whether this is true. Danielle Staub is not exactly the most well liked Housewife with hoards of viewers clamoring for her return. If producers really do feel as if they need something fresh for season five, bringing back an old Housewife is not exactly the best way to do it. If she really does return, many people will probably tune in to see the reactions of the other Housewives. The question is whether they'll stay tuned.
