Yolanda Foster helps to keep her daughter on a healthy diet. Some may think it is not cool for a parent to control their child's diet, but Yolanda is doing just this.
"I know this can be very hard for a 17-year-old, but it's still a small price to pay for the financial independence it gives her at this young of an age," she says. "And you should all know, after her photo shoot [in Paris a week later], we went to Le Crepe and pigged out on 3 crepes each."
Yolanda is not wrong. Plus, if more parents kept a close eye on their children's diets, this country's childhood obesity epidemic may calm down a bit.
Yolanda Foster seems to take a rather practical approach to helping her daughter eat right. She appreciates the need to splurge once in a while and this is perfectly okay. It is difficult to deprive anyone of all treats all the time. A crepe or three once in a while never hurt anyone.
