Justin Bieber is only 18, but he has already made some big plans for his future. He wants to be married by 25 and have lots of babies. Whether his wife will be his current girlfriend, Selena Gomez, has yet to be determined. In most cases, 25 seems like an okay age to marry. It isn't too young or so some people think. Oprah Winfrey does not agree.
During her candid sit down with the Biebs, she straight up tells him he should not even think about marrying in his 20s. She explains, "I think 25 is too young and particularly for you." Ouch! What is she trying to say? Is Justin immature for his age? He had an empire before he reached adulthood. Doesn't that qualify him for a few free passes on the lectures? Nope.
Oprah sounds like she genuinely cares and explains her reasoning, "Your whole 20s is about discovering who you are." Justin will be unlike most folks in their 20s and Oprah thinks he will need a little more time to get to know who he really is because of his celebrity status. Right now he is the product of a lot of marketing and molding from his team.
Not to say he isn't genuine, but he still must conform to his fans standards to keep his place at the top. Heck, that can be said for a lot of young people. One of the perks of aging is the ability to finally be comfortable in your own skin and not so concerned with what other people think.
What do you think? Is Justin Bieber planning on rushing into things? He still has several years to change his mind and quite possibly would have without Oprah's sound advice.
