Brandi Glanville and her ex-husband Eddie Cibrian had a messy split -- to say the least. He cheated on her, very publicly, with country star LeAnn Rimes. However, Brandi has moved past that and now stars in the successful Bravo show, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The model turned reality star may have every right to be bitter with her cheating ex, but she's not. She wishes him and his new wife well.
"People would be surprised, but I genuinely want him and LeAnn to do well," Brandi told The Huffington Post. "I want her to sell her music and him to be a successful actor. When they do well, I do well. We share children together and it's all about the kids." Brandi and Eddie have two young boys, Mason and Jake, and since Eddie and LeAnn are now married, the finances of their family is important to Brandi, especially since they spend so much time with them.
While Brandi previously admitted that she struggled when her husband left her, she is glad that she didn't take the easy way out. "I could have hooked up with an old man in Hollywood and got him to pay my bills -- it's not hard in Hollywood. But I didn't, I survived by myself," Brandi said, and she's proud of that, as she should be. "I have to admit, the success of the show gives me a lot of satisfaction. But I don't think of myself as a celebrity and I don't think I earn more money than Eddie ... yet."
Brandi may have just joined the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but she's not going anywhere soon and she's even written a book. So she's really setting herself up for a great life. It's so important for reality stars to branch out into other things and it looks like Brandi has done just that.
